Adhesive Rubber for Particle and Static Removal

The Clean Dash series is made of a soft rubber material featuring semi-permanent adhesiveness.
Compared to conventional silicone-based products, it delivers a significantly superior lifespan.

Semi-Permanent Use

When the adhesive strength decreases due to contamination from dust or debris, it can be fully restored by cleaning with a dedicated cleaner, IPA, or alcohol, enabling semi-permanent repetitive use. Furthermore, even if the surface is damaged by scratches or wear, it can be reused like a new product simply by re-polishing the surface.

Phased Adhesiveness Based on Rubber Material Properties

Clean Dash materials do not contain any chemical tackifiers, and no adhesives are applied to the roller surface. Clean Dash effectively removes particles without any adhesive left on the workpiece. (Passed safety inspections under the Japan Food Sanitation Act.)

Static Elimination: Clean Dash–E

Clean Dash–E contains electrically conductive Black Carbon combined with a specialized static eliminating fiber called “Soldion.” Static charges carry either positive or negative polarity; this “Soldion” fiber dynamically shifts its polarity according to the specific charge generated on the workpiece, enabling the rapid dissipation of a massive volume of static electricity in a very short duration.
