Clean Dash products of roller type and sheet type are used as protective film peeling products by using adhesive strength depending on the characteristics and usage conditions, and can be used safely and simply without damaging the work piece due to their soft characteristics.

semi-permanent use
If the adhesive strength is weakened by contaminants such as dust, it can be restored by washing it with a dedicated detergent, IPA, alcohol, or other suitable cleaning agents.
This process allows for the semi-permanent reuse of the product.
Even if the surface is damaged by scratches or abrasion, it can be polished to restore its functionality and enable reuse.

Clean Dash raw materials do not contain any adhesive materials, and no adhesives are applied to the roller surfaces.
Clean Dash does not transfer adhesive substances or leave residues on the workpiece, and it effectively removes foreign substances.

Since the raw material is made of synthetic rubber with excellent physical strength, continuous processing is possible while in contact with the work piece.

static electricity removal(Clean Dash - E)
Clean Dash - E contains electrically conductive Black Carbon and a fiber called “Soldion” that can remove static electricity.
Static electricity has a positive or negative polarity, and this “Soldion” is the ultimate polarity can be changed according to the polarity, and “Soldion” can remove a large amount of static electricity in a very short time.
