Secure clamping and adsorption without workpiece deformation or marks are realized through uniform micro-pores based on a specialized white alumina. Specialized for inspection systems due to high light reflectivity, it provides optimal performance in laser processing and inspection with excellent thermal stability and readability. It delivers a surface resistivity of (10⁶ ~ 10⁹Ω/Sq), overcoming the technical limitations commonly found in conventional white porous ceramics.
